Koopmans Mix for Fine Cake (400 gram)

Simple Recipe for Fine Cake

You will need:

• 1 pack Koopmans Mix for Fine Cake (400g)

• 200g butter (softened)

• 4 medium eggs (about 200g total)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan oven) or 180°C (conventional oven).

2. Grease a cake tin and lightly dust it with flour.

3. In a bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.

4. Add the cake mix and eggs to the butter. Mix everything together for about 3-4 minutes until smooth.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread it evenly.

6. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 60 minutes.

7. Check with a skewer — if it comes out clean, your cake is ready!

8. Let the cake cool before removing it from the tin.
