The Dutch Shop HK is proudly owned by Willem Jan Hoogland, a long-time Hong Kong resident with Dutch roots and a love for bringing the taste of home to the local community. Since 2023, he has been behind the shop’s mission to offer authentic Dutch groceries and everyday favourites to anyone craving a bit of the Netherlands in Asia.

Willem Jan is also the founder and owner of the HKWJ Group, an international boutique firm specialised in tax law, crypto tax, accounting, audit, register of companies & company secretarial services, business advisory, digital marketing and human resources solutions. Willem Jan has more than 25 years of practical experience in international tax management and Hong Kong tax advisory as well as tax dispute handling, and as a consultant solicitor at Haldanes.
