Recipe Idea: Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients (makes 12 squares):
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 100g Calvé Smooth Peanut Butter (mixed into batter)
- 3 tablespoons Calvé Crunchy Peanut Butter (swirled on top)
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate and butter together, then whisk in sugar.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, and Calvé Smooth Peanut Butter. Mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into lined baking tray.
- Dollop Calvé Crunchy on top and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
Success Tip: Under‑baking slightly is the secret to fudgy, dense brownies—take them out when the center still has a slight wobble.
Time Needed: 15 minutes prep + 30 minutes baking.
